how come i can't unlock my adress bar?? help?!?

i think something is wrong with my computer because my address bar is not showing up because its not clicked to on, but when i go to view, then toolbars, i can't click anything. i can see standard buttons, address bar, links, etc. but its in grey and i can't click anything.

when i just try to right click on any areas at the top of my toolbars, it still shows up in grey, and i can't check the adress bar button because its locked or something.

does anyone know how to fix this?

Possibly you have spyware that hijacked your IE, you might consider just switching to a competing browser such as Firefox:
