I've heard this from my aunti and other women that i have talked with. A woman told me that she had her tubes burned and as soon as as her daughter turned 5 years old she ended up getting pregnant 5 years after her tubaligation. So this is not the first time that i have heard about this, so i am curious to know is that possible.

I just so happens that a friend of mine that has 3 children, oldest 8 years old and youngest 4 had her tubes tied and found out that she is pregnant and everything is fine. Having your tubes tied is like being on birth control pills, it is never 100% safe!

I too only know what I have heard, but I've been hearing it for years. Apparently, it doesn't always work for some reason.

Yes, apparently it is. I have met 3 different women who have had this happen to them, all had different doctors. I don't know how it is possible, but I believe they weren't telling tall tales about it. In fact, they were angry!
