the linked fee of a fragment is the numerator (the large variety on proper) divided by using the denominator (the large variety on the bottom.) So in case you've been to advance the numerator of your fraction (say, 4/3 or 5/3) then the linked fee must be more beneficial. And in case you've been to advance the denominator of your fraction (say, 2/4 or 2/5 or 2/6) then the linked fee must be smaller.

The others' answers are right, but the question doesn't say "simple fractions", so if you want to be a smart-alec, there are an infinite number of fractions, such as 2.6/3.9, sqrt(2)/sqrt(4.5), 1/(3/2), etc.
