ON TOP OF YOUR SCREEN GO TO VIEW AND THEN TOOLBAR AND THEN CHECK STANDARD BUTTONS
IT SHOULD COME BACK THEN

Hm.... that's weird. Well, if you can't get it, instead of using Internet Explorer, you could use Mozzila Firefox! It's a lot better, and you get to choose different themes for your browser.

go to "TOOLS" on the yahoo toolbar (not the one at the top of the page), then go to "toolbars", then go to cusotmize and add it back on to your desktop...

click on toolbar than customize it.
if it is too difficult than use the restore me system....
