I suggest you wear deep woods off to bed and take some ambien. Watch out with that ambien tho, because a lot of people will sleep cook on that ambien. I woke up a lot when i was on that stuff and I would get a bowl of cereal and finally wake up once I got back to my bedroom and had a mouth full of cocoa pebbles. It is up to you, Deep Woods Off, sleeping pills and a bowl of cereal or just make your peace with the dammmmm thing and pray you don't get west nile virus. Another option... plug in a bug zpper in the corner of your room!

put a fan next to your bed blowing on you..
I use a fan at night just to help dround out the noise
in the neiborhood + the sound will hipnotise you
to sleep. if you get cold put on a blanket.

get a mosquito net, or spray lots of bugspray (but then you'll need to leave the house and sleep somewhere else), or go sleep at a hotel or something.

turn your air conditioner on high and get all the way under the covers...? insects can't survive in cold weather :)
