Who is he? I`ve been reading Question & Answers about him. But I STILL don`t know who he is, again, who is he?!?!

He claimed that he hurt the six years old blonde beauty queen, Ms. Bennett, that was murdered in the basement in Colorado approximately ten years ago. The investigation had proven beyond reasonable doubt with DNA testing that John did not hurt the girl. Therefore, no more publicity about him because he is a free man.

Now, he is going to trial for the lies he announced and some type of criminal act back in 2001.

He led the Colorado police to believe he was the killer. He's a child pornographer wanted in California and is going to go there as soon as he can be extradited.
