umm wear like a funky wife beater. wear one that has a design on it and not just a plain one. umm according to ur details u want to look slutty....bad wording people are going to be mad lol but i get it. well wearing a wife beater has ur bra straps hanging out from the side i guess but maybe a spaghetti strap lacey top would be better.

a little slutty u amuse me.. since u are wearing a mini skirt which isn't covering much.. wear a less revealing top to balance it out in a nice neutral color.. maybe white or light pink or maybe even black.. and as for the shoes.. it depends on your style.. if it was me id either wear flip flops or my chuck Taylor's..but if you want a more formal look go with some ballet flats or small heeled shoe. make sure to accessorize with a cute headband or maybe a necklace and a few bracelets.. or try a belt over your shirt that always looks cute.just make sure you don't OVER accessorize.. then that would just make u look crazy

Some flip flops with those sequence things on them (I have a pair of silver ones from Abercrombie. There were some in brown too.) and maybe a tank top to give it a summer-ish look.

If the mini skirt is dark you should wear something white with it.... Some blouse that makes you feel comfortable but girly... maybe something like this:

A cute tank top maybe with a spaghetti strap under or something for a layered look. Or just the tank top alone. And some flats. Some jewlery would be nice too, a nice necklace or bracelet or something.

A light but not too light full length maxi coat trimmed in fur. You can always take the coat off when you start dancing.

Depending on the look you are going for, Mini's are hot right now when matched up with capri length tights/leggings and a cute peasant looking top... Have fun!!!

depends with what shirt you wear it with. if you wear like a spaghetti strap shirt you must change your mini skirt to jeans. you dont want to look trashy
if you do want to wear your mini shirt you should wear a t shirt or a sleeveless shirt

it depends on what yoou want to look like.if you want alot of attention then get a slinky almost see through top.if you just want to look cute then wear anice 3/4 sleeve blouse.
