My sister some years back lost a bunch of weight just walking 3 to 4 times a week.
I lost 50 lbs using fitwatch dot com . You eat 5 meals a day cutting your calories either in half or the best you can.
Time is needed though, and everyone has self control you just need to exercise it.
But you have to commit to doing it. Don't start today. Plan to start it in a week and do some study on it. Have plenty of smart food ready to eat. Pretzels , 100 calorie packs and know what your intake is compared to your need of the day. It is a math problem , we all can do it but we must make each day count. 80 % of the time is important if you fail, so what, start over at the next meal. Good luck .

Tuna and crackers I started my own diet and lost 30 pounds I use to weigh 185 but know Im 155 I know fish will help u burn calories so I would get up and walk 3 miles a day and I would eat tuna and crackers for breakfast and lunch I eat a half cup of tuna and 7 or 8 crackers alone with it and I done this and in a matter of time I lost the weight I dont know how long it took but it was quick and well know Im addicted to tuna Yes I did this 7 to 6 days straight and for dinner I a healthy meal so different strokes for different folks its up to u

i can understand the way u might be feeling.
OK so u want to diet for one weak, but after one weak u will start
eating the way u eat before. that's not good. after one weak u will get the same weight.
the best way to lose weight is exercise.
u should eat less always. don't eat when u are bored.
make sure u do breakfast. this is the important meal.
eat less in the dinner time.
don't eat junk food.
don't drink soda but only the diet one.
ooooooohhhhhhh do u drink a lot of water.
u should drink 8 glass of water in a day.
for example drink one glass of water in the morning.
i am sure if u try this. u will be proud of u and a little bit on me

Sit in a knelt down pose. deep breathe three times. Startcontracting your buttocks towards the middle-in and out, do 10 times.Sit down with your legs stretched sraight to the front. Relax upto 30 counts. Repeat the whole process 3 times. Wait for one week. See the change.

It's not healthy to try to lose wheight in one week. Keep the shirt on. But in the future change your diet do sit ups and push ups every day. Eat healthy food, and less of it to look good shirtless.

1 drink coffee 2 lime juice and salt 3 excercise and setup per day 5 sets in one set u have 2 do 65 setup in second one 66 not 64 ok u lose upto 6 kg .................................

I don't think anyone should do this diet long term, cause it really isn't healthy, but try Atkins, no carbs for a week and you will shed 10 or more pounds easily within a week...

dude i feel your pain... trust me i look scary when i take off my shirt... any way i dont think you can lose more that 5- 10 pounds in a week. but if you think you can what you need to do is walk/jog. thats how i got in better shap that and three hour football practice.
