Who do you see winning the 2008 presidential election? I'm not asking who you WANT to win, just who you THINK will win.

And do you think the new president will be better than Bush?

I personally think that he(or she) will be. Both parties have some great candidates. McCain, Giuliani, and Hagel with the Reps. Clinton, Edwards, Obama, and even Kerry with the Dems. I don't really think we can go wrong in 2008.

It would be hard for the next president to be as incompetent as this one is. And that's not any partisan leanings speaking. That's sanity.

I like all of the candidates you listed except for Kerry. I really don't see him winning the party nomination again. Don't forget about Warner and Biden for the Dems as well.

I could see Hagel/Warner being a good matchup, and I think they would both be excellent choices.

If you think we can't go wrong in 2008 YOUR WRONG. The republicans have taken down the US. We are so bad off in the history of the US. The republicans are for big buisness and the rich. There are no middle class anymore just poor. They let all the big business take it out of the US and go to other countries. The minimum wage hasn't changed but everything else has gone sky high. If you can't see what is happening to us you all better wake up. We will not be the power it will be China not us. If all the people were smart and got out and voted, and vote all the congress , senate, judges, and all the official out of office and put new ones in there, then maybe they will all wake up and take care of the people in the US. WAKE UP AMERICA. Cliton had he faults with women but he made people better off then they are now. What had bush done? Nothing.

Anyone would be better than Bush, but your list doesn't fill me with anticipation. It's probably an accurate list, but I wish they could come up with someone better. Unfortunately, the government doesn't attract the best and the brightest any more. A person has to have a personality disorder to even want to be in politics in today's insane political climate. Jimmy Carter was probably our last truly honest President. I'd still vote for him if they could talk him into running, but at the age of 84 I doubt that he'd want the stress of it.

i think of I basically replied this comparable question some minute in the past, yet right here is my answer - returned: i think of that McCain will win because of the fact Obama retains spewing out rhetoric and making all kinds of 'substitute' speeches that have not got any meaning. He (Obama) supplies NO specifics for WHAT transformations he intends to make. I recommend, the yankee human beings might desire to correctly known WHAT transformations he intends to make - they have a real to correctly known. additionally, being a senator for a trifling 3 years infrequently qualifies him as experienced to run the rustic. it truly is the comparable as asserting, "Gee, on the instant I basically found out the thank you to alter a tire on my motor vehicle and alter the oil, so as meaning i'm an experienced motor vehicle mechanic". i'm no longer in finished help of McCain, yet i think of he's the 'lesser of the evils' working. i think of that, as time strikes on in the process the campaigning of all of the applicants, human beings will (with any luck) understand that Obama supplies the comparable previous empty speeches, no longer telling the yankee human beings what he potential by using substitute - and that'll be his undoing with getting elected.

probably, sen. mccain, he will have support from both republicans and democrats, he has great name recognition, he's a war hero without the controversy of a kerry and more support from veterans, and enough maverick in him to garner the support of all those who don't know any better!

100 % HILLARY CLINTON !!!

Before 3 month, some truth about will get out, all at the same time, and everybody will be angry, against Bush and Republicans, and it will send all the support straight to Hillary,

But Hillary, also a lifetime member of the Skull and Bone society, so it will be just the same, but with a bitter-sweet-liberal-taste.

I am neither Republican, nor Liberal. I am Green !!! Vote Green party !!!!!!!!!

“Naturally the common people don't want war; neither in Russia, nor in England, nor in America, nor in Germany. That is understood. But after all, it is the leaders of the country who determine policy, and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is to tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same in any country.”
