I saw one of my friends with a small white zip lock bag with a black chipmunk on it and the word chipmunk below it. It had a lumpy white powder inside. I am concerned about what this could be. Does anyone know?

Baggies are no help. But there are very little uses for a small white zip lock bag. The only way you'll know for sure is from the persons behavior. It could be H, coke, crank, meth, ice, etc. Why didn't you just ask, "hey, what's that?" That would have simplified this problem.

If you are concerned check the contents
and do not be surprised if it is washing powder
Then on the other hand he might be doing
crack
crank
if he is then you will
pray for him for prayer changes things
Hey also he might have baby powder in the bag

the chipmunk could be unrelated. I did some searchs and asked some teens and college folks I know but it didn't register. lumpy white powder could also be anything from talc to coke to crack.
I put a link for classic warning signs of drug abuse.

Sounds like it could be cocain, heroin, or simply nothing . Ask this person what it was and judge from the answer if they are telling the truth. Also if they get really defensive its a good sign they are lying.

It honestly could be anything. Different things come in different forms and different bagging. The only way to know is to ask or just wait and see if he starts acting funny.

If your friend chooses to do drugs, there is nothing you can do about it, just make it clear that you don't want them around you.

It was coke or crank. Check for track marks.
