Think of these things:
Do you wear a purse? Which side does the strap hang on?
If you want the tattoo to be visable when your wearing your purse, get it on the opposite side.
When you get the tattoo done, sometimes its a good idea to wear a bra that you often wear, or a style that you wear often. Decide if you want your tattoo to sit hidden beneath your brastraps or not.
And I agree with the above post, I hope you can read Chinese.

Get a tattoo on the side that you write with, because you use that arm more often, and more people will notice. When you get your tattoo, try and go to a reputable place, that has good designs. Take a shower before you get you tattoo so your skin will be clean. Good Luck!

If you drive and are planning on getting a tattoo with color, get it on your right cuz the sun will fade the color.

i think you should get it on which ever side you dont write with. the reason why is because it wont hurt when you move to write, or throw a ball of something!!!
