I go at 11. 10 is just to early for me even though I have to get up at 6am. I never sleep for 8 hours anyways.
I think it's fine to go to bed at 11. Some people need 8 hours and should ge it. It just doesn't work that way for me.

It depends on you. I go to bed around 10:00pm, and try very hard not to make it after 10:00pm. My friends know not to come by or call after 10. But I get up at 5:00am. If I didn't have to get up until 7 then I would make it 10:30. I like my sleep and I don't like feeling tired at work. So what is good for you is what you should work with.

I usually go to bed between 10 and 11 and get up at 5.50 so your doing better than me. 8 hours is good unless your a school student then you probably need closer to 10.

I'm an adult, so i need from sleep from 7-8 hours to get ready as early as 7 in the morning. if you are an adult, you need 7-8 hours of sleep each day. but if you are younger,a teenager you'll need more like 9 and 9-hours to be refreshed the next day.

As long as you get about 8 to 10 hours of sleep, you're fine. So 11 is okay.

11 sounds fine, 8 hours is a solid night's sleep. Try getting to bed a little earlier when you can though- stay healthy!
