Use a hair trimmer like you'd find at the barber. You can buy them for under $20 at Kmart/Walmart etc. The back is much more tricky. I use a regular razor for the back of my neck and the trimmer for my back - as much as I can reach. Depend on my girlfriend for the middle. A little gross on her part, but (of course) I do something in return.

Try a basic barbers (electric) shaver it has diffrent attachments for the length you would like to cut your hair. pick one up at your local pharmacy.
