Ok, here's the deal: Stardock.com has a program called Icon packager you canuse to create you're own icon set. You can purchase it from there, or if you have a bittorrent client (I suggest uTorrent), you can go to the following link and get it from there:

With it, you can also go to Wincustomize.com and see hundereds of icon sets that other people have done. Good luck, and let me know if it works for you. I'd love to see what you do with it. I'm gonna play around with it myself, e-mail me if you have any questions, I'll see what I can come up with.
