When does Chris Brown's new album come out?

Chris Brown recently did an interview for Club 96.7 (n.Cal radio station) about his nomination in the VMA's. When asked about whats next he answered a new cd, due out next spring, maybe even called "Legal" to be released a few days after his 18th birthday, he said he liked what Beyonce is doing,and is considering copying her. He also said, he has looked at scrips for new movies, a comedy with Will Smith in it. and another dramedy starring T.I. and OUtkast's Andre 3000. The Will Smith comedy is due out sometime in late 07 to early 08, the T.I. dramedy may be due out in spring 2008.
