She pays me $100 a day and i still pay have the bills. Is this fair? She says i should start my own co. so i can make more money. Is this fair? What happened to the we part?

she is just urging you to get your own business, you shouldnt have to depend on or live "under" her all the time. she knows you are capable of doing the samething, so why settle for less( the $100 to be exact.) i guess she wants you to pay half because you account for half of the resources used in the house. you may work together , but are you just a "helper" or you acctually do the same work she does with the same quality, remember she has 10 yrs on you. that alot of experience.

YOu should have a business plan and legal papers drawn up for the business determining on the part ownership of the business. $100 a day is not very much money in the big scheme of things.
