I need a oil, gas and mineral lease read to verify if correct. Who should I call or email?

I dont agree with many terms of this contract and need to know what I can do.

Get an oil and gas attorney. Houston is loaded with them. The terminology in O&G law is completely different from other kinds of law, and most attorneys will not understand the very technical terms for the various property interests.

If you are dealing with real estate and you don't have a firm grasp on the contract, you MUST hire a REAL ESTATE attorney, or you WILL get screwed.
