Where can I find out who's running in the elections for Congress this November for my state and district?

I take it you have no TV set, no radio and no local newspaper. They don't exactly try to keep it a secret. Call your town or city clerk or election commission. They should be able to tell you. You should be able to find out online also.

Well, don't know what state you are from, but most of the time, you can put, www.yourstatenamehere.gov and then go to your Secretary of State or board of elections and find out..

check out your state's web page, whatever state you live in with a .gov. They should have the listings for the elections available there.
