Yes. While shoping at Wal-Mart, people will no longer be allowed to shop in their bathrobes. Also, you are not allowed to open a package, take one pair (socks, underpants, etc) to put on, and leave the rest on the shelf without paying.

Also, while not a clothing issue, you may no longer eat one twinkie out of the box while leaving the other nine in the box in the freezer section.
