I got a great look down this young womans shirt yesterday. I wanted to compliment her but I am shy and I wasn't sure how to do it so that I didn't make her uncomfortable or upset her.
Also- I am happily married (I just enjoy looking and it's more out of habit than anything) and I don't want to hurt my wife if she found out that I complimented that young woman. It sucks- I feel so pulled.

:( Alright. I can understand that. And please understand I mean no harm or insult. The female body is beautiful, delicate, soft. I just wish I could let you women know how nice you look. I would take it as a compliment but I can understand that things are different between genders.

Scott, as a wife, and a former young girl with nice breasts, I lovingly and caringly tell you NOT to say anything to young women about their breasts.
Your wife will indeed be annoyed and humiliated, and the young girl will think you are a disgusting old pervert. She will not be flattered: she has her breasts out to attract hot young guys, not married men.
I know my husband looks at other women's breasts (like he doesn't get enough at home lol), but he's got the sense to keep quiet about it.

I think it's inappropriate to compliment a girl's chest. At least to anyone with a little self respect (the girl). Unless she's your wife, any other woman would rather hear that their hair looks nice, or what she's wearing is attractive. What were you going to say? "excuse me miss? I just snuck a peek and I gotta say, you have a very nice pair of breasts." And that's a polite way to say it. No, do not do it at all. ESPECIALLY because you are married!! How would you feel if your wife saw a sexy construction worker (or a cop, sigh), and just had to compliment him on his package. And trust me, she does look. So with the shoe on the other foot, you must be able to see that you are wrong. Just plain wrong. Maybe you're a good guy but you made a little mistake thinking this. It's okay, I forgive you. First: You made the RIGHT decisions: NOT to compliment the woman as it would either A: make her very uncomfortable or B: make her think you were flirting with you.
In either case you would have hurt your wife and I can tell you don't want that.
If you feel pulled I can only be one reason, that you secretly want to 'feel' this other woman's 'soft' body. \
Stop it! You say you are happily married but you don't sound it. You need to put your priorities in order.

As a woman, I can say with confidence that if you are looking down a woman's shirt and then compliment her on her breasts, it won't result in a nice outcome for ya. It isn't necessary and it's offensive to not only peer into a woman's shirt, but to compliment her on what you've managed to see. Most importantly, it may even result in a kick in the groin. Don't do it man. If you care about your nards, look without being obvious and leave it at that.

Stealing a look is ungentlemanly and giving a compliment about what you saw is incredibly tacky. You don't look at women out of habit; you look because you want to see more. Perhaps you aren't fully happy being married, or feel you need more than you have at home. Just stop making excuses for yourself and be honest.

Most women don't appreciate men leering at their breasts. But we know that you look. Just look and try not to make a big deal out of it. And certainly don't say anything. Get your cheap thrill and move on! It really isn't a compliment to let a woman know that you just looked down her shirt. Believe me, she knows.

IMO there is no harm in looking.. esp is her junk is hanging out. Dont compliment her, she will be uncomfortable and probably will not wear any clothes like that anymore.
And if your wife found out, it would upset her too.. and *then* where would you be? Out of a job for sexual harrasment, and out of a wife for disrespect.
keep your mouth shut and your eyes open, and the eye candy will continue to produce! lol..

Don't compliment any woman on something so juvenile. That only offends the woman and brings shame to your door. If you want to compliment a woman, then find a compliment that will not offend.

Zip it! I caught my husband checking out a 1/2 dressed chick at the grocery market when we were first married and I *itched at him throughout the frozen food section. The whole store heard me. If you're going to do it, you better make sure you're not in ear or eye shot of the Mrs.!!!

You should only compliment a woman on parts of her body that are normally uncovered. Anything else can be construed as harrassment. Hair, face, color or style of clothing, shoes, perfume, are all acceptable compliments. Boobs are not. Keep that to yourself.
