I am a boy who needs to get a bra but i can't seem to find a shop that will give me a proper fitting, they seem to just guess my size and give me the bra, what can i do or say to get a proper fitting?

Go to the men's department and ask for a chest measurement. They can tell you how large your chest is. That's your band size, the number on the bra. Then get however big of a cup you want. I would stick with a B in a padded bra so that there is already some shape and lift there. Then stuff it the rest of the way with tissues or cotton balls.

Why do you need a bra-fitting? I can recommend a website that tells you how to do your own fitting.

If you are a boy you should not wear a bra at all unless it is for a medical reason and then you should get a doctor to get you one.

Maybe they are guessing because you are not giving them a tangible terrain to measure. Try asking if they have "Oyster Smugglers", which is a bra for your testicles. Then produce your testicles for measurment.
