Is there a child murder or abduction case that you care a lot about?

The Jon Bene Ramsey case has reminded me of an abduction that took place in my home town when I was young. A four-year old boy named Michael Dunahee dissappeared and has never been found. If he is still alive, which is possible, he would be a teenager. Of all the cases involving missing or murdered children in the world this is the one that I most wish were solved.

Is there a similar case in your community that you care a lot about?

my step dad's brother was kidnapped and never heard from again
that was a long time agao...like in the 70's

and there was a case in cambridge mass where a little boy was kidnapped, raped, and killed by 2 gay guys.....that was awful, and my brother knew the kid i think

We had a young woman who disappeared from her appartment building parking lot over 10 years ago. Lori Deppiss disappeared without a trace. She was never found. People have their opinions of what happend to her. There were some leads but no one ever got arrested. She would be in her 30's by now.

My heart goes out to any children put in danger. I just wish that all cases were treated the same. There are a lot of children that are abducted, molested, and killed everyday but we don't here about it. If you have a lot of money or if you are a celebrity you can make the headline news I just think it is unfair.

All child murders are beyond what I can comprehend, but the one that haunts me the most was Jeanine Nicarico from a Chicago suburb many years ago. She was an adorable 10 yr old who went home sick with the flu or something and got killed.
It just made me sick.

Yes! When I was in 6th grade, there was a girl who was kidnapped and murdered. They found her body, but her killer never was found. I think about her a lot, and that's been a long time ago.
