One with enough courage and guts and sense to stand up and truly ask this question...its been 36 years, from 1970 to 2006 and in that time History has shown a large number of violent high profile acts. but keeping it real, who is the major group of people responsible? is it poor people in the ghetto? no! is it white racists in sheets? no! is it militant black men? no! is it deranged religious cults like jim jones? no! then who is it? it is the followers of the death religion of islam! per capita no other group has killed more people or destroyed more property than any other in theses past 36 years. so why are you liberals defending them? why are you "worshipping" them as not to offend them? this is not a religion of peace have some sense about you wake up forget the warm fuzzy fantasy land routine you wish to live in, they are evil and are the enemy period!

I know many muslims and they are peaceful. They live here and are thankful for their freedom and democratic rights.
The people who are committing these terrorrist acts are a disgrace to their religion. Think about if somebody used your religion, bombed a bunch of people and said it was for their religion and cause. You're like What the heck but you don't agree with this. You say it but it's not played on the media.
Well actually it is. You always see muslim groups come out and condemn attacks (I mean the real groups, not the fake ones kinda like Saddam condemning 9/11) but that's not what stays in mind, what stays in mind is the The world Isalm, with isalmic terrorist. Remember that these are FUNDAMENTALIST. Before the church use to run things in Europe and even in North America and they weren't exactly a role model for a governing religion. In fact America is the way it is today because of the seperation of religion from government (Good and Bad things) Fundamentalist in any religion do crazy stuff. Don't forget Timothy McVeigh. So the truth is that you got to get rid of islamic fundamentalist. Ask any real muslim and they'll tell you what they are doing there is wrong.
Also dont' forget that another problem out there is the lack of education. Terrorist camps can recruits poor young boys that don't go to school and brain was them at a young age making them think that what they do will make them go to heaven.
The muslims I know that live here respect and love this country because they know that they have more opportunity here (especially the women) than if they lived in a place where their religion governed.

Of course they have killed more people - their objective with each single act is to kill as many people as possible. That is why they use bombs and not guns.
And I don't defend fanatics. You want to condem an entire religion by the acts of a percentage of fanatics? Well, I think that if you looked over all of time, the Christians would be right up there as murderers of many numbers. Christians also kill for their religious beliefs (abortion clinics and doctors anyone?). Islam has them beat with the WTC, but again, you cannot judge an entire religion on a few of the fanatics.
The enemy is the fanatic. That is it. It is not the entire religion. That is an irrational reaction. If you look at and understand the religion, you would see that in actuality, it is a rather peaceful one. But you have some poor (as in little money), misguided fanatics that think the way to get rid of the infidel is to set off bombs, killing anyone within range - no matter who, how old, or how they believe. That is not the reaction of the rational.
Don't stoop to their level. What makes us "better" than those fanatics is that we try to react rationally. Irrational thinking will be our downfall.

... so.. you're going to attack a whole religion? (which Republicans clearly aren't doing... best friends forever with Saudi... the Muslim holyland... so yeah, clearly conservatives hate Muslims... hahaha)
how about... oh I don't know... attacking Osama and al-quada that has been responsible for the vast majority of attacks in the past 20 years on the U.S.
attacking all muslims for the actions of some.. it would be like attacking all Christians because hitler claimed he was Christian?
and since Bush HIMSELF defended Islam... he must be a dirty liberal too...

Unfortunately, there is hate in every race!
We have these so called Americans living here in the U.S. who hate our President, which puts them in the same category as a terrorist, in my book. They cant be trusted, and should not even be living here!
