I doubt if the International Court of Justice will indict a whole government. Let history be the judge if the actions of the Bush Administration were, indeed, crimes against humanity.

Sorry, Bush opted out of the World Court when he took office. They don't have jurisdiction.

No because there are not any, also I'm not sure we're members of the world court, no need for us to be, we're a hegemony, also we have our own courts.
