Do you think the price of plane tickets and air fare would be any lower if the 9-11 attacks never happened and they didnt have to do all those anti-terrorist, security measures at the airports?

Well in all reality, it would be hard to say if air prices would be any lower. I would say they are lower BECAUSE of 9/11. Less people getting on planes equals less business. In order to re-establish airline safety, many airliners did indeed lower the ticket prices to and from many destinations.

9/11 has an effect on the prices, I believe. Money to buy additional and latest technology for additional security measures, and as usual, the price is charged back to the consumer.

No. For once, it's not the airlines that are paying for our security. They're the ones who got us into trouble in the first place (yeah, I said it).

No, they would be high, because of the rising cost of oil. And if not that, it would be because its peak travel season, or some other ridiculous reason.

Yes because they would have more of a demand for them. If you sell more, then you can sell them for less. Please see Wal-Mart's ad campaign for that theory.
