Go to http://www.nws.noaa.gov/ and enter your city & state on the left. In your city's weather page, click on the radar picture on the right side. This is the most frequently updated radar on the web (it's free) and is maintained by the US government.

Weather.com... It's the website for The Weather Channel. You can download a free desktop weather program that can be customized for your area. You may also try the websites of your local TV stations... Most of those now have live radar as well.
