Anthony...this is an extremelly simple question. Just need to remember that a rectangle Perimeter is given by 2A+2B, where A and B are the sides of the rectangle.
From the data provided A=800 ft , P=2000 ft....you need to solve for B (or the width)
P = 2A+2B
2000 = 2*800 + 2B
2000= 1600 + 2B
400 = 2 B
B (or the width) = 200 ft

2000 divided by 2 equals 1000. This is half the perimeter, which is one length plus one width of the rectange. We can now subtract the length of the rectangle (800 feet) from 1000 (equals length plus width) to determine that the width is 200 feet

(800 x 2) = 1600 for the long sides, so you have 400 feet to make up for on the width. 400/2 = 200 feet each side.

2000=2w+2(800) substitute what you know
2000=2w+1600 subtract 1600 from both sides
400=2w divide both side by 2
w=200
