ok i downloaded a game on my computer halo and it does slows down a little at times so i pressed alt control and delte and went to proccess and left cicked on halo and went all the way down to set priorty and made it real time it works good now wit no slowing but it gave me a warning warning changig the procces can cause unstable results should i not do it please help wut does it mean thanks

Why don't you lower the screen resolution to something like 1024x768 or 800x600?

Try to lower the quality and detail being displayed in the game as well. Obviously, the game is more demanding than your hardware is able to keep up with. You have to sacrifice detail in the game to get decent performance.

They put that warning in there so people who absolutely don't know what they are doing will have one last chance before maybe screwing up their pc, but in your case you didn;t hurt anything
but improved it just like you intended. Good job!

You can ignore that. Thats just saying that screwing with things can mess up your PC, but changing priority shouldnt make a difference. It will always say that when you do anything to any process.

Great move! Just don't try to run other programs (like your browser) when Halo is Queued up.
