Yes, sadly, it's possible. It happens. But on the flip side, it's also possible for someone who is completely unrelated to the child to love and care for him/her like a true parent. So blood has nothing to do with it . . . just make sure YOU shower your son with love, and of course, don't make critical comments about his father.

Anything is possible. I have a relative that doesn't LIKE me but still has the nerve to tell me that they love me. How can you love your child and not like them? OH sorry this is your question isn't it? Your father loves you unconditionally, no matter what you might think or how he might act towards you. He's your father, he doesn't belong to anyone else except you. He's allllll yours. You will NEVER have another father.

I have seen cases like that. There is a character flaw. Something missing in their emotional makeup. I think it's a mild form of insanity. At least with the person I knew. She could function in society but, everyone knew there was something wrong with her in other ways too. I felt sorry for the kids and they didn't turn out too well either. Unfortunately, it's not a perfect world.

Mothers have that biological rush of nurturing hormones at the birth of her child...Unfortunately, the male isn't in the same boat. I don't know how it's possible to not love your own offspring, but I'll get you in touch with my father...He's an expert at it.

It sucks, but it is possible. I don't really understand how they couldn't love the little ones, but some people don 't know how to love at all.
