This is part of an equation I'm working on in a college lvl Algebra/Calculus course.

[(1/49)x^2]^2
= [(1/49)^2]*[(x^2)^2]
= (1/2401)*x^4

I'm assuming x^2 is in the denominator because that's how it is written.

1/2401 x^4
