You need to use a Game Link Cable, since Sapphire Version isn't compatible with Wireless Adapters (Pokemon Sapphire Version came long BEFORE the Wireless Adapters were released!). Then, just go to the Trade Centres in the upstairs of any Pokemon Centre, ask the attendant there, select what type of trade, etc.

try getting a friend to loan you an wireless adapter or use the link cable then go to any pokemon centerand go to the second floor the lady on the first closet counter to the stair should explain if you talk to her

u have to get an adapter. u can get wireless one at ebgames.com! i'm sure they have them
