Good luck with that one. I would try baking soda. Other than that just apply a stain over the wood or rub in more cooking oil all over it so it doesnt look splochy and the when it has dried (or soaked in well) apply a sealer such as polyurethane to prevent it from being damaged again>

The only way to get oil out of wood is to sand it down to the point where the oil did not penetrate.Then you can apply a good sealer to prevent this from happening again.

You probably won't get it out. Perhaps what you should try is to oil the rest of the wood to give it an even finish look.
