She likes me but annoys the hell out of me at the same time. I hate her but how do I tell her that without her trying to get revenge on me? I know how scornful women can be.

just be an *** hole to her, and she will buzz off
just dont tell her you hate her

there really is no good way or best way to tell a girl you hate her, but tell her you just don't like her that way and would prefer to be left alone.

keep away from her stay out of her way and when she tries to talk to her be honest and tell her that your not interested in her and you just want to be left alone

SHE WILL REALLY UNDERSTAND THAT YOU DON T LIKE HER ENOUGH IF YOU TALK WITH HER AND TELL HER THE KIND OF WOMEN YOU LIKE. IF SHE IS INTELLIGENT SHE WILL IMMEDIATELY CATCH IT , IF NOT TELL ASK HER HOW WOULD SHE FEEL IF A GUY WITH SUCH CHARACTERISTICS BOTHER HER.
