If you can't feel the scratch you can either goto a automotive supply store and try the various scratch "removal" products like Scratch-X. They don't remove the scratch, they actually abrasively blend the scratch away. Or just goto a body shop and have them do it for you with their professional polish and buffing tools.

for scratches that are just in the clear, wet sand them with 1500 grit sandpaper and then buff with rubbing compound. anything deeper, 1) touch up paint or 2) have it professionally fixed (painted)

try using a good polish and buffer that should get the scratch out the deep ones maybe you should talk to a car detailer
