Save for it with allowance or babysitting money.
Ask your parents to get it for you, and take it out of your allowance each week until it's paid.
Ask for it for your next present holiday (birthday, Christmas, Hanukkah, whatever you celebrate with gifts).
Talk to the store clerks about what kind of payment options are available. Some offer layaway plans where you can put a little down each week until it's paid.
Find the items cheaper somewhere else.
Get the items one at a time if it's not a full outfit on one hanger with one price tag.
Sigh and get on with your life.

When you see something that you want you have 2 choices.
1.....earn the money doing extra chores or if you're old enough a part-time job.
2....ask for it for a present like Christmas, your birthday, etc.

Make a deal with your parents... you save up half, they help you out with the other half.
Or... do a lot of extra things to earn money, or get a job if you can.
Babysitting's always there, you know!

Look for the same outfit just cheaper, it seems like it is composed of items that are easy to find, you may even make it a little better.

Start stripping... you'll get the money fast, besides that outfit sounds like it was made for a stripper.
