My favorite place on earth so far, is called "The end of the beach" at Daytona Beach Shores, Florida. It's not crowded like Daytona, and I love to just sit, sipping an exotic drink, and watch the boats go by, or the waves splash up on the jetty.Or...if I'm at home, I might just veg out in front of the TV with Pepsi and popcorn, or play with my dogs.

I watch funny TV shows in the evening or listen to the radio in the early morn. I mostly zone out a lot of people just to relax. I like it like that when I've had a hard day.

One of my friends is a raft guide on the Colorado River and the other night went moonlight rafting with a bottle of Patron. I'd have that's been number one for me so far.

Sit under the open sky or some place quiet and then close your eyes. Try not to think. Gradually you will begin to hear and see inside yourself. Then try and focus all your energy onto one thought that calms you down for me it is God.

Drink in the beach, watch tv, sauna, hot tub, drink wine, drink a cold beer and watch the sunset, take a nap, etc.

My ideal way to relax is talking on the phone to my friends or chating on my space and of course eating until i have had enough which is rarely. Im not fat.
