Would tenting a house for termites get rid of the ants in the walls as well?

Yes. that's why they make sure no one goes in until all the gas has dissipated. This gas can kill a man in like 3 minutes.

oh yeah...it will kill everything.......be very careful about dishes and glasses..make sure u get a lic. company to do this!
