if you are pregnant then over exertion can make you tire out easier, and therefor more prone to nausea. You will not cause any harm to your "maybe baby" by working out of exercising, but be sure to listen to what your body tells you. If you feel sick, take a break. If you get light headed, you are overdoing it.

Honey, when you're pregnant EVERYTHING can make you nauseated. I had to quit running when I was 2 months pregnant. I toned it down to a nice brisk walk. Sometimes I still felt sick. I ended up not working out at all while I was pregnant... boy am I paying for it now. Nothing fits!! But I'm busting my butt now. By the way... he was worth every belly roll.

I think it is true. I also think that in the early stages of pregnancy anything can make you feel nauseaus. "Morning Sickness" is not a very good name for it. More like "Any time of the freaking day for any weird reason sickness". If you arent sure if you are preggie you should get a test though. I imagine that if one is prone to feeling nauseaus, running might make it worse. I am no doctor though

One cant say no as each individual female is different. However, from reading the details i think you made the right choice by going to the doctor.He/she can tell you whether you are pregnant or not, what medications you should/shouldnt take, and what supplements would be best for you to take such as prenatal vitamins and such. You really need to extremely careful. There is no way for us to tell, you will just have to wait for the test results Friday.Good luck hun.

Yes, I noticed that when I was pregnant and did too much physical work I would get nauseated. But then, when I was pregnant I would throw up for anything. I would even throw up if someone was talking about food!

Well, I think running might upset you stomach a bit, and that might cause you to get nauseated. It also depends on what trimester you are. Sooner or later you might have to slow down a bit. But exercise is good.

When you are pregnant, your body does some weird things. It is definitely likely that the cause of your nausea is your exercise. Try low impact stuff.

I suggest maybe a short walk and only a walk because running causes you to jump up nd down and that might have an affect on your baby's brain so it might have brain damage to be honest you shouldn't do any excersise unti you had your bby.

If you are pregnant, you should not be doing too much activities because that can cause you to loose the baby.
