There are about 40 tourneys a year that offer the bracelet . and a few have a ring . The one you are watching is the Main Event , the last of the tourneys that offer the bracelet . It's winner is considered the " Champ " for the year . Even though there is a WSOP Tournament of Champions after it .

Aren't there tournaments every few days held around the world?

But in every tourny, thousands enter. Sure someone wins a bracelet. But it's hard to win a tournament, almost like the lotto (better odds, of course.). Now imagine winning the lotto 8, 9 or 10 times!

It's really not that EASY as you think.

You get one for winning any of the WSOP tournaments (including the tournaments to get into the real WSOP tournament).

There's more and more events each year, and you just have to win any one of them I.E No Limit $2000 buy in, Omaha Hi Lo Split. Also there are circuit events now where you can even win a ring. Just watch the show you mentioned a couple times, and you'll get it.
