I would actually be less nervous because security and everyone is so conscious of what happened on that day, it is highly unlikely it would happen again on the same date.

What a coincidence, I'm flying out of Israel back to the United States on September 11. No, I am not more afraid than if I were to fly on the 10th or the 12th. Good question.

Its hard to say! terrorists are such a bunch of brainless cowards they are likely to hold a anniversary party of some sort. I know when I fly I tend to have a good look around me at the other passengers. I believe some of the older people wont fly on December 7th. (Pearl Harbor day, 1941) All the same if you don't feel right about it don't go on that day.

once you arrive to the airport, observe how properly they search for you. they'll allow you to realize to get rid of any article of clothing the position, as they imagine, you may cover a weapon or some explosives. when they executed searching you and help you board the plane, imagine about each individual who would fly the plane with you. they were searched purely like you've been. Have an excellent flight!

Just like any other day. Remember, the most dangerous part of flying is still the cab ride to the airport.

I would never hesitate to fly on that day or any other day.
If I did, the terrorists have won.
Put it right in their face, show them we are not afraid of a
bunch of cowards that kill Innocent people. Just a bunch of
thugs.

In all honesty, you're probably safest on 9/11 these days. I wouldn't be any more nervous.

I dont deal with that flying crap. Checking in hours early, no liquids, no laptops in my cary on.
I ride Amtrak. Show up 3 minutes before your train and bring a full course meal and laptop onboard.

I dont think I would be afraid because its just another day and you shouldnt let the past control your future. We experienced the Alfred P. Murrah building bombing but we still do things on April 14th. Remembered but not forgotten.
