You'll have to form it. Since the top of the 45 will try to have air pockets in it, you might want to rent a vibrator. You sure you want to do this without help?

Yes. You'll need forms. And good prop supports to hold that much weight. You'll also need a vibrator to get bubbles off top of your angle. If I was you I'd call the concrete place and ask for the number for a experienced concrete laborer. He'll have the tools and the know how.

Length times width gives you square feet. 1250 is the simple answer. But if you are making an order for pouring concrete, you need the cubic feet involved. So you need the depth, too. If it is 4" that is 1/3 of a foot and you have 416 cubic feet. However, concrete is ordered in cubic yards, so divide that by 27 (3'x3'x3') and you get 15.4.

Good advice from those who have answered thus far. Just remember: a bad concrete job is worse than no concrete job at all. It is very difficult and very expensive to "try again" if you don't like the way it turns out. I would get an experienced contractor involved.

Well you'll have to set a form. When the driver gets there or when you put in your order tell the supplier that you want the cement set for a 3in slump what that means is if you place cement in a measure cone that when removed the cement will spread 3 in it will be stiff so if you moving it in a wheel barrow take that in to consideration.Unless your moving in a cement buggy thats different..Ask the cement co. for a cement crew to do your work they know what they're doin.

Use 3/8th, rebar on chairs, every 12 inches, across the space,to hold the Cement in place so it does not flow down hill- and make this dry as you can- the pour on out.

I hope that you don't plan to pull something out of the water at that angle. 45* is a pretty steep angle.
If you've never done it before, hire someone. This isn't a sidewalk you're talking about.
