The vicinity of Warren, Ohio has a plethora of old, stubborn, crazy people. I'd know: they blame me personally when their good buddy, cable TV, breaks.

However, regardless of where in Ohio you are, start with the newspaper first. A lot of our big papers (like the Youngstown Vindicator or the Cleveland Plains-Times) are circulated far beyond their city of origin and have impressive readership. After that, you might consider befriending Hospice workers. There are plenty of people who contact them and are too healthy and too not-gonna-die-yet for Hospice, but could still use a referral to a caring, experienced person like you. Beyond that, word travels quickly in Ohio, at least the Northeastern part. Within a couple months, I doubt you'll have any troubles at all. Best of luck.

Hi, Have you thought of contacting some of the local churches to let them know of your services? Also, maybe contact some of the nursing homes to give your name for those families that want their loved ones at home. There are Adult Day Cares that you could contact to give your information to. Just a few thoughts for you. Good luck to you.
