Poverty is an artificial description imposed on us by the government to justify the confiscation of our money in the form of taxes and redistributing it to others. People in the country who are "poor" should move to a region of the world where poverty is real (no bringing cell phones or TV's with them either)

a more literal answer to this as the "causation" imo is the federal reserve board. they determine how much ur house payment is going to be, ur car payment, and whether or not you have a job ... its pretty much total financial control.
