My plan is: going to Brussels in Oct.4 (Wed), I checked the easycruise website, they only have weekends boat to Brussels. Is there another cruise going to Brussels, or even ferry..??

Nope but the thalys goes there i think... Or was it from Rotterdam?

There are no ferries between Amsterdam and Brussels. You might try a small vessel company transporting goods between Holland and Belgium. Look under "Spliethof" on your website. I used to work for that company and was a deckhand on a small boat shipping goods and/or merchandise between Amsterdam and ports along the way into France.

No ferry, since brussel lays in the middle of Belgium, train or car. By car about 21/2 hours on the freeway, you pass through Antwerp and by train a little shorter.

Bruxelles is not on a big river or something, so it is not likely boats will bring passengers to it.
There is a direct train going from AMS to Brussel. Visit the dutch railway site: www.ns.nl for train times
They have an English version

I don't think so but the train system is very good. Go to 1800flyeurope.com and they have a link at the top of the page for the eurorail. You would see a great deal of the country and it would only take you about 2 hours to Amsterdam.
