11 for hair removal like Nair or Veet.
I would say 13 for actual shaving.

Whenever she expresses the desire to get rid of the hair, she needs to talk it over with her parents. It's ultimately up to them. I wouldn't keep my daughter from something as basic as hair removal when she was embarrassed by it. She is going to try to find a way with or without my consent, so I would rather her do it with my permission. All the depilatories out there are fairly cheap and not harmful to them. No chance of nicks and cuts.

well it depends on how thick, how visible and how much. I know ure tempted to rush into shving n all but it can get annoying over time.. u might not see that now but u will. When you start to shave the best and easiest thing i`d request for a statrer is veet. I heard it works really well. If ure a starter dont use a razor untill u know how cuz u might hurt ureself. and wenever u think its time to shave just go for...it talk to ure mom or dad ime sure they`ll understand.

Hell Yeah! yet that happens no longer as many times as those with the comparable age! i'm sixteen yet i think a sprint silly having a crsuh on some 25 3 hundred and sixty 5 days previous lady! So it relies upon on the guy rather!

When puberty begins and the hair starts to show. Make sure you are shaving before you have to start changing for gym class. Nothing more embarassing than the other girls laughing at you because you have "jungle underarm".

Depends on their genetics and family beliefs. Some nationalities tend to grow a lot of hair faster and it becaomes a self esteem issue wheras other people have thin light hair and it isn't much of a concern. If it bothers the girl enough then let her shave.

personally, i don't believe women should shave but only wax.
while shaving causes the hair to grow back darker, waxing doesn't.
in fact, if u wax for long enough, the hair will cease to grow back.
you should start this practice when you feel u need to cause everyone grows differently, but 14 to 16 is a good idea.

You should shave if/when:

-your mother approves
-if you have a lot of hair
-you read shaving tips about shaving

If I shave, I think around 8th grade or higher should be ok...

I started in 8th but like other girls started in 6th and they would be like ugh i haven't shaved my legs in like 2 weeks and I'd be like uhh theres no hair, so basically most girls wasted money on shaving there none hairy legs, but i started shaving my underarms in 7th.

Age is something that shouldn't weigh in to much on your decesion here. It's time to grab a razor when the hair becomes visible.

No definite age. Depends on the person and how much they're annoyed by the hair growth.
