Absolutely!! I love a person with a good vocabulary and I used to try to have one too growing up by doing a 'word of the day' thing. Only, I would forget the definition and end up using it incorrectly all day. Now I don't have a 'word of the day' but I still wear out my dictionary/thesaurus.
