Neither. If forced to choose, Kerry. But he is an idiotic example of an idiot because he has a few good ideas. Gore completely disqualified himself from idiotdom with his movie "An Inconvenient Truth", which is one of the best movies of the past few years.
Actually it's hard to find an example of a complete idiot. Not even George Bush is one - there are a few pieces missing.
