I f one is borne Bisexual , raised as a bigot to hate gays , yet remains aware of their own sexuality . Then chooses to ignore the Bisexual side of their make up , as it is safer , more comfortable , and more acceptable , to be this way , and for all itensive perposes lives as a Hetrosexual . Is this healthy if .

Doesn't sound like you're repressing your sexuality, you just decides to live normally like the rest of us.

This is almost like the cart before the horse. I would suggest focusing on relationships/friendships with men and women and when you find the person male/female that you are most happy with and can live the rest of your life with, then nothing will stop you. i don't see how bigotry or hatred could ever help anyone come to an informed and logical decision. it sounds like you have some rational reasons for sticking to the opposite sex, but i still don't see any rason why you should repress your attraction to the same sex. just try and balance out what you perceive to be the pros and cons of each situation as it appears -- deciding whether to pursue an attraction to a member of the same sex can be just as simple as deciding whether or not to have one more drink or to have the rich dessert or not. denying or shunning or repressing a part of you won't help in making this decision.
