Do they turn yellow on the vine?
When do i pick them?
Is there a reason that some of the small ones shrivel up?
Do i cut all of the usless flowers off?
Thank-you...

Yes, they turn yellow on the vine.
Pick them when they are yellow and a size of a small football.
The shriveled ones either weren't pollinated or the plant is concentrating the nutrients to one of the fruits and not the others.
You can cut off the flowers, but that's what makes the fruit, so if you don't want anymore fruit then get rid of the flowers.

Spaghetti Squash should not be yellow at all. They are green. They should be about 6-8 inches across when you eat them. I like to leave it in the Rhine, cut in half, place on a plate face down, with a little bit of water, and cook in the microwave for about ten min. I eat it right out of the Rhine with a fork, add butter to taste.

Let them get hard and yellow on the vine, and they are ready to use and also ready to pick and store.
