I had it done when I got my teeth restored... It only took an hour in office... was kinda annoying to sit there with the thing on my mouth and the glasses on but... it lightened my teeth about 5 tp 6 shades.... but about 2 hours after I was home my teeth hurt very very bad. I called my dentist and was told this was a somewhat common effect... to take some aspirin and it will go away. I took vicodin instead and feel asleep. It does work very well though and if you brush with whitining paste afterward it maintains the white too! Good luck.

Worked ok, but didn't do wonders and made my teeth sensitive. Crest whitening strips also made my teeth sensitive, but they did much better job, and they were much cheaper.

yeah...i thought it sucked...you can get the same results by mixing baking soda with peroxide into a paste and using the moth piece for about 15 min...a day....then brush your teeth afterwards with a little baking soda...
